Spring 2025 Miranda came by to do some seasonal HVAC cleaning and checkup. She was very sweet, friendly, and professional. She clearly knew her stuff and gave great maintenance advice. We are once again pleased with Callahan service. Winter 2025 I had a wonderful experience with Callahan Heating and Cooling! Our furnace went on the fritz one evening and they were able to send Ryan out quickly to help us. Ryan was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We ended up needing a new part and feel that the straight forward pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent. This is the company that we will trust with all our heating and cooling needs in the future.

Oh goodness! I can’t say enough about the level of customer service and knowledge Miranda has. She was personable and professional. She was diligent in communicating with the home warranty rep. She stayed and got a job done that could have easily been finished the next day. Her explanation of the repairs that were necessary were easy to understand.

One of our HVAC systems went out on Saturday afternoon(our course it did). I called Callahan Heating and Cooling and they have someone out within thirty minutes(impressive!). Miranda was courteous and knowledgeable. She was able to troubleshoot the issue quickly and effectively. We were so impressed we signed up for the maintenance plan. She followed back up today and was out this afternoon to fix the issue. Not only would I recommend Callahan but can’t speak highly enough of Miranda! Top notch service!

I am getting ready to sell my home & I wanted to have my heating & air system checked to make sure everything was working well, Miranda was awesome. Very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing to check the system. Callahan had replaced the downstairs heating & air unit a couple of years ago. Miranda noticed that the small unit upstairs, which Callahan did not install, did not have a detector to help water drain off, if needed. (The original unit was installed by the builder.). The unit had a rubber tray under the unit and you could see white residue indicating water had drained out. So Miranda has ordered the device to be installed, to prevent overflow. I have been in this house 4 years & she is the only one that brought it to my attention! I like to Prevent any problems, so I greatly appreciate Miranda’s knowledge & her caring enough to bring it to my attention!

Miranda was fantastic! Very professional and friendly. She’s confident in her skills and knows what she’s doing. She found a problem with our system on a routine maintenance. She fixed it so it’s running perfectly again. We highly recommend Miranda to anyone looking for a professional and knowledgeable technician.
