Fast service, even on weekend calls. Ryan has been out twice for service calls, including once in the middle of the night. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and polite. Colin came out to give us a quote on a new system—he was great, not pushy at all, very understanding, and took the time to explain everything. Ryan and Levi handled our new install, working 12 straight hours at my home. They were both extremely professional, polite, and dedicated to getting everything done right. The after-hours dispatch team is also always polite and professional. Overall, every interaction we’ve had with this company has been excellent.

I'm always hesitant on choosing a service provider when it comes to important home issues, but needed someone quick. I googled a local AC repair near me and scrolled through looking for 24-7 service due to it being after 6 p.m., and with high reviews. Within just a few minutes of skimming through Callahan reviews, I called them and the phone was immediately answered by Josie. She sounded like she had life going on in the background, but still was so kind and helpful and set us up for an appointment within a couple hours. She was great! Secondly, within about an hour and 15 minutes (we live kind of far out) Drew arrived and immediately suspected the problem, checked it, and was correct about what needed to be fixed. He arrived in a box truck with the part on-hand, knowledgeable about everything, and got it fixed within 15 minutes, if that! We will never hesitate on calling them again. HVAC is one of the more stressful things to deal with, and they made it not stressful at all. All around great service, great people, and we look forward to working with them again when the time comes. We finally have people we can trust to call when there's an issue!

When the temperature started to heat back up in mid September, our a/c decided it didn’t want to work any longer. We have been in the area for only a year so decided to read some reviews before I made the call. Callahan’s reviews were exceptional and the company made sure to respond. We have not been disappointed! Joseph was sent to diagnose and repair. Unfortunately, the age of the unit vs the cost of repair gave us no choice than to replace it. Joseph worked hard for us trying to get the best price he could. No, I would have rather not had to spend the money on a new unit but sometimes you must. Joseph is an exceptional employee and he must be recognized. He is very personable, professional and respectful. Colin came with him today for the install, and in our limited conversation, he appears to be the same. I definitely would recommend Callahan for your service or replacement needs.

Collin thank you for taking the time to listen to our current issues & what we wanted, and explaining how each unit would preform for us. Your knowledge made making the commitment to move forward that much reassuring. Drew, Andrew, and Levi thank you so much for making it seem as though our household chaos was no interruption to you - two large dogs, a cat, a ferrel toddler, and working remotely. We had even started the morning off with a thunderstorm. You didnt let any of this take away from the beautiful install or you customer service. You guys are good poeple and that put everyone in house at ease!! Drew special thanks for taking on our Frankenstein unit and getting everything back up to code and looking beautifully. It is never fun having to go back in and clear up someone elses work but your knowledge and dedication to your work has us beaming. As for our new unit- it was cool in the afternoon when the beating sun normally makes sitting in the living room unbearable. We slept for 12 hours last night uninterrupted and comfortable, it was glorious! The difference in the cool air and the pressure that is blowing from our vents now is soemthing I have dreamed of! I have no comments for inprovement or suggestions as you guys have just blown our expectations out of the water. Again and 1,000 times over THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You have made what we thought was to be a dreadful experience an extremely easy one and wish we would have called you sooner!
