Yesterday we had Callahan come to the house and do a yearly check on our furnace. Joseph Christian was our tech. Very polite and efficient. He brought to our attention that we did not have a surge protector on the furnace and after talking with him we had him install one. Thank you for this information that could save us from costly repairs.

Our technician Miranda was awesome! It was a very transparent diagnosis, no hidden agenda. They were able to get her out the same day when our furnace stopped blowing warm air. She explained everything to us in detail so we understood the problem and what to keep an eye on. She was our lifesaver! The customer service agent was very polite and understanding of our situation. She kept me posted on our technicians ETA. Wonderful team and experience. Thank you all so much!
