I had a wonderful experience with Callahan Heating and Cooling! Our furnace went on the fritz one evening and they were able to send Ryan out quickly to help us. Ryan was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We ended up needing a new part and feel that the straight forward pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent. The whole team is fantastic! Called as a second opinion. They sent Miranda out and texted a description of who was coming to my house. She was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Due to my circumstances Joseph came out as well to give me an estimate for a new system. He was very thorough, providing me with 3 estimates. He reached out a few hours later to check on me and gather information and then came back with a 4th estimate for a new system. Install was great, other than it being very cold that day (can’t control weather). Have had new system for almost a month with only a tiny issue to which Miranda came out and fixed right up! Even received a hand written letter thanking me for my business. Very much appreciated. Super pleased. 💜💜💜

My technician, John, arrived quickly and got right to work diagnosing what was wrong with my heating system. He explained and showed me what was needed. He installed new parts and new filters for me and now my heat is 74 and comfortable. He cleaned up and was courteous and polite. I recommend him highly and am so thankful for his good work!

Our technician Miranda was awesome! It was a very transparent diagnosis, no hidden agenda. They were able to get her out the same day when our furnace stopped blowing warm air. She explained everything to us in detail so we understood the problem and what to keep an eye on. She was our lifesaver! The customer service agent was very polite and understanding of our situation.
