Miranda did a great job in detecting a couple of issues, then giving us options on what to prioritize. We ended up having her fix all the issues. She was very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We have an annual contract with Callahan, so there is a 15% discount on repairs, plus they honor our military and provided an additional 5% savings. We had a great experience with Callahan Heating & Cooling from start to finish. Josie at the office was so friendly and helpful. They were able to come out the same day I called to give me an estimate on replacing our ancient AC unit and furnace. Colin and Brett did a thorough inspection to get us a straightforward estimate. Drew M. & Levi S. came to install our new units. They did a phenomenal job and kept me updated on the status of everything. When the furnace was having issues with a switch not working, Drew made sure he got a replacement part ASAP. It was nice knowing he wanted to make sure the job was done - and done correctly - before leaving. Really appreciate how friendly, efficient, and professional everyone was! Callahan Heating & Cooling will be our go-to from now on. Update 5/28/25: our brand new AC unit had a sensor issue. Colin W and Ryan S came out and went above and beyond to take care of the issue. Very happy with how quickly they were able to get to us. Their customer service is top notch!

Today was our first service visit with Callahan Heating & Air out of Ozark, MO, and I’m extremely impressed. We just signed up for an annual service agreement covering two homes in Nixa, and Miranda came out for the initial spring maintenance. From the moment she arrived—right on time—she set the tone for a truly outstanding experience. Miranda was thorough, kind, and thoughtful. She took the time to explain everything she was doing, even showing pictures along the way so I could clearly understand the condition of the units and what steps she was taking. Her attention to detail was especially evident when cleaning the outdoor unit—she didn’t rush, and it’s clear the system will be running more efficiently as a result. Scheduling was simple and flexible, and the whole process felt professional yet personal. You can tell the team takes real pride in their work, and it shows in both the service quality and customer care. Based on this first visit, I have full confidence in Callahan and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends or neighbors. Ryan is an amazing technician. He explained things really well to me because I knew nothing about how a heating and air unit worked and gave me good knowledge base of what I should expect in the future. He was very smart a new exactly where all the parts were and what they were and explained how they worked and told me how to do things properly so that it wouldn't hurt my unit more when I clean it. He was also a very nice guy in general and I could tell...very trustworthy and honest. I will definitely use Callahan in the future.

We have Callahan Heating and Cooling perform all of our service work at our business and they are TOP NOTCH. They ALWAYS arrive when they say they will, they have excellent communication on the entire process, and their techs are ALWAYS professional. Josie B. is a dispatcher, and she is always kind and professional when answering phones, and is so efficient with taking notes for our needs. We have also had Callahan perform all of the service at our home for years, and am so glad we have a quality company, who by the way is Veteran-Owned, in our community!
